    A wonderful hotel experience -especially at check in and check out -(4 days apart) - where our guest services manager greeted me warmly and we joked and laughed - to a goodbye hug upon departure -- the staff were attentive and pleasant -from the restaurant staff to waite staff at the banquette and room attendants- A delightful experience -- and the view of the lake was priceless- -thanks to Ann Marie Noreiga - Manager - for an amazing stay!
